We see a future where developing countries are the best market for international companies and where fair trading is the key of success for both parties.

The leading idea is to group people of different cultures, ethnics, religions, coming from developing countries all over the world, with initial preference to Africa and Middle East. As a first step, the melting pot shall produce integration, skill development and new, good ideas.
As a second step, acquired know-how and ideas shall be brought back by each employee by establishing in the country of origin an engineering office, similar to head one in Genova.
The final goal is to establish a worldwide network of such offices.

The activity of each local office shall be:

• Development of basic and detail engineering (calculations and drawings) as sub-supplier of the head office in Genova, for jobs received by Italian customers (plant supplying companies, production companies)
• Develop local business by investigating potential customers like other engineering companies and production companies (glass industry, steelmaking, metal working) for the supply both of engineering products and of complete plants (air pollution control and renewable energy) or plant components (filters, valves, scrubbers…); such development shall be carried on with the support of the head office, based on the relevant know-how
• Develop local business acting as a commercial representative of the companies that are customers of Area Genovese
  If the local engineering office is already existing, a cooperation agreement can be set, based on the above mentioned framework.
